Quotations & pricing

The website is catalogue- and quotation-led. Product information is provided in good faith; prices, availability, specifications and lead times are confirmed in a written quotation. Published attributes marked "not published" or "confirmed on request" are exactly that until quoted.

Product information & standards

We state a standard, certificate or brand authorisation only where documentation supports it for the specific product. Nothing on the site should be treated as a compliance certification unless a corresponding document is provided.

Professional responsibility

PPE selection, particularly fall protection, respiratory protection and fire systems, must be confirmed by a competent person against a site-specific risk assessment. Our guidance supports, and does not replace, that responsibility.

Intellectual property

Site content and the GGR marks are owned by GGR. Third-party brand names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GGR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
